The data subject has the following rights:

    • the processing is illegal, but you do not want to delete personal data, instead requesting the restriction of its use;
    • we no longer need your personal data for processing, but you request it to establish, exercise, or defend a right in court;
    • until the verification of the existence or non-existence of the reasons prevailing regarding the processing of personal data for direct marketing.
  • Right to object to the processing - in certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, for example in the case of direct marketing.
  • Right to oppose automatic processing - which means that you have the right to object to automatic processing, including profiling and being the subject of a decision based solely on automatic processing. This right can be exercised whenever there is a profiling result that produces legal effects, affecting you significantly.
  • Right to data portability - You have the right to receive personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format for transmission to another controller.
  • Right to file a complaint - If we deny your request under Access Rights, we'll give you a reason why this was denied. If you are not satisfied with the way your request has been handled, please contact us.
  • Right to assistance from the supervisory authority - which means that you have the right to the assistance of a supervisory authority and the right to other remedies, such as claiming compensation.
